Student Terms & Conditions

THE USE OF WEBSITE SHALL BE DEEMED AS EXCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS-

1. DEMO CLASSES

There would be two (2) DEMO classes from the teacher arranged by the organisation to the student.

2. FEES /SERVICE CHARGES

Post demo classes, if all discussion like time duration etc. are agreed upon. Then student/ parents will have to pay 50% (half) of the total one month fees in advance to the Tuition help. The remaining 50% will be collected by the teacher after the completion of the month. Also from the second month entire fees will be collected by the teacher at the end of the month.

3. BACKGROUND VERIFICATION

We conduct adequate verification of our teacher. However, parents are also requested to collect the following documents of the teacher –

  • Copy of tutors registration form with photograph , which comprises of details & information of the tutor.
  • Copy of tutors address proof (Dl, Passport, Aadhar card etc.)

Also , students and parents have the rights to check the background of the teacher arranged by the Tuition help , demanding the Ids, Address proofs etc. of the teacher.

4. DISCONTINUITY

Although we at Tuition Help would not want this to happen yet if any unwanted circumstances occurs after successful demo and the students/parents wants to replace the teacher ,then the student have to study from the same teacher for one month atleast .

However, in situation of misconduct/ misbehaviour by the teacher than justified leaves from him/her, the student has the right to terminate the service of the teacher and will not have to pay any amount.

5. POINTS TO BE NOTED

 Without prejudice to the generality of the above, TuitionHelp.in will not be liable for:-

(A) Any wrong teaching quality being taught by the teacher, or any negligence on part of the teacher(s);

(B) Any type of inconvenience suffered by the student due to a failure on the part of the teacher to provide agreed services or to make himself/herself available at the appointed time, no show by the teacher, inappropriate treatment, or similar difficulties;

(C) Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by the teacher.

(D) any eventualities that might occur subsequent to using the services of a teacher, whom the student has selected on the basis of the information available on the Website or with whom the User has agreed on tuition through the Website.
